Which DayZ tier to pick
DayZ comes in two brackets: under 100 hours, and 100+ on the profile. Both are Steam accounts with the game on the library and no bans — the difference is how lived-in the profile looks, not what the game does.
Server choice happens inside the game, so either bracket works on official and community servers alike.
Delivery, payment and the warranty
Payment is card or crypto, and delivery is automatic: the moment it confirms, your token appears on the order page and is emailed to you. Open the NFA Loader, paste the token, pick DayZ in the list and you are playing. Nothing here needs a human to be awake.
If something goes wrong after delivery, the warranty is the same for every tier: six hours from the moment you receive it, and if DayZ does not work we replace the account with an equivalent one. Open a ticket in our Discord with the order ID and the Steam or account ID that failed — the ticket channel is linked from your order page, and the replacement comes back in the ticket, usually within minutes.

Questions about DayZ accounts
What is an NFA DayZ account?
NFA means "no full access". You log in with a JWT token instead of the account password, so the email address registered to it cannot be changed and nobody can take it back from under you. Everything inside the game works normally — the difference is only in how you get in.
How fast do I get a DayZ account?
Instantly. DayZ (0 – 100h) at €0.50 arrives the same way DayZ (100h+) at €0.90 does: the token is on your order page and in your email as soon as the payment confirms, card or crypto.
What does the warranty cover on DayZ?
Six hours from delivery, for every tier. If the account does not work — it cannot log in, the token is rejected — open a ticket in our Discord with the order ID and the account ID, and we send an equivalent replacement. DayZ accounts that still work are not replaced, and nothing is charged for a replacement.
How do I log in with the token?
Download the NFA Loader, run it, paste the token and choose DayZ. You never type the account password, which is the point of an NFA account.
Does the DayZ account work on community servers?
Yes. It is a normal Steam account with DayZ on the library, so official and community servers both take it, with whatever mods each server runs.
Which DayZ bracket should I take?
The one whose hours match what you want the profile to show. A 0 – 100h account and a 100h+ account run the same game; the second one has the playtime already on it, which is the only thing the price difference buys.
