Which ARK Ascended tier to pick
ARK is sold by hours on the island, and the brackets are the whole difference: under 100 hours, 100+, or the inactive tier that has not been played for at least 14 days. All three are Steam accounts that own Survival Ascended, clean of bans.
Inactive is not a different game and not a broken account — it means zero hours of playtime in the last two weeks, which is why it is worth explaining on the page itself. If you want the cheapest way onto a server, that tier is usually it; if you want the profile to read as played, take the 100+ bracket.
Delivery, payment and the warranty
Payment is card or crypto, and delivery is automatic: the moment it confirms, your token appears on the order page and is emailed to you. Open the NFA Loader, paste the token, pick ARK Ascended in the list and you are playing. Nothing here needs a human to be awake.
If something goes wrong after delivery, the warranty is the same for every tier: six hours from the moment you receive it, and if ARK Ascended does not work we replace the account with an equivalent one. Open a ticket in our Discord with the order ID and the Steam or account ID that failed — the ticket channel is linked from your order page, and the replacement comes back in the ticket, usually within minutes.

What is an NFA ARK Ascended account?
NFA means "no full access". You log in with a JWT token instead of the account password, so the email address registered to it cannot be changed and nobody can take it back from under you. Everything inside the game works normally — the difference is only in how you get in.
How fast do I get a ARK Ascended account?
Instantly. ARK Ascended (0 – 100h) at €0.50 arrives the same way ARK Ascended (Inactive 14 Days) at €1.10 does: the token is on your order page and in your email as soon as the payment confirms, card or crypto.
What does the warranty cover on ARK Ascended?
Six hours from delivery, for every tier. If the account does not work — it cannot log in, the token is rejected — open a ticket in our Discord with the order ID and the account ID, and we send an equivalent replacement. ARK Ascended accounts that still work are not replaced, and nothing is charged for a replacement.
How do I log in with the token?
Download the NFA Loader, run it, paste the token and choose ARK Ascended. You never type the account password, which is the point of an NFA account.
What does inactive mean on an ARK account?
Zero hours of playtime in the last 14 days — not that the owner has been offline for a fortnight. They may have signed in more recently and closed the game, which is exactly why the tier is cheaper without the account being any less usable. The game and everything on it works normally.
Do mods and custom servers work on these accounts?
Yes. It is a normal Steam account that owns ARK: Survival Ascended, so official and modded servers both take it, in whatever state the account was last played on.
