Talk to a human
Two doors, both monitored by the same person who fulfils the orders. Discord is the fastest — a ticket there reaches us in minutes. Email is the one to use when you want a written record.
Before you write
Most messages are answered on the spot because they already contain three things: the order id (it starts with ns_), the email you paid with, and what happened — a screenshot beats a paragraph. If it is about one account of several, send the
Steam id that failed.
Already signed in? Your orders and the login tokens are on the account page. Looking for a lost order? It is on Orders — the lookup works with the order id or the email you used.
What you are writing about
- An account does not work Open the order page from the link you kept (or find it under Orders), press “An account is not working” while the 6 hour timer is running, and we swap it. Send the order id and the Steam id that failed.
- I paid, nothing arrived Send the order id, the email you paid with, and the time of the payment. If you paid by card, the invoice id lets us match it on Stripe in seconds.
- Crypto is not confirming Send the transaction hash and which coin and network you sent. We read it back off the chain: if it is short, slow, or went to the wrong network, we will tell you exactly what we see.
- Balance did not go up Send the email Stripe used and the time of the charge. A card top-up is credited by Stripe telling us — if that message was lost, we credit it by hand and the ledger shows it.
- I lost my order link Look it up on the Orders page with the order id or the email you used. If both are gone, message us from the Discord account you signed in with — the order is attached to that account, not to the link.
- Something else Anything about the loader, stock, a listing that is out, or a question before you buy: the Discord ticket is the fastest door. For anything needing a receipt trail, email us.
What happens next
- 1 A ticket or email is read by hand — there is no bot replying first.
- 2 If an account is broken inside the 6 hour warranty, it is swapped, not refunded: you get a working account, usually within minutes.
- 3 If we cannot fill an order, you get the money back — card payments are refunded to the same card, store credit is returned to your balance and the ledger shows it.
- 4 Anything older than the warranty window is looked at case by case. The refunds page says exactly what is covered and what is not.
Keep this in mind
We will never ask for your Steam password, your card number, or a second payment to “unlock” an account you already bought. Nobody from NFA Store writes to you first about an order — if a message does that, it is not us. Check the sender, then ask us in Discord.
Login tokens are yours alone: anyone holding one can sign in. Never post a token in a public channel — send it to the ticket, not to the room.
