01 What we collect

Only what an order needs: the email address you give us, the listing and quantity you bought, the payment reference your card processor or crypto network returns, and the time of purchase.

We never see or store full card numbers. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, and crypto payments only expose a wallet address on a public ledger.

02 Why we keep it

To deliver the account, to email you a copy of the credentials, to honour the 6 hour warranty, and to answer support tickets about an order you made weeks ago.

We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser, request time) to stop fraud, bulk scraping and abuse of the store.

03 Cookies

We use the small number of cookies a shop actually needs: your cart, your session, and a preference for showing prices in euros. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiles of you.

04 Sharing

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are shared only with the vendors that make an order work — payment processing, email delivery and our hosting provider — each of which only receives what it needs.

05 How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as the warranty and our bookkeeping require, after which they are deleted. Credentials themselves are removed from our systems once the order is complete, which is exactly why you should keep the token and the email you received.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data tied to your email address, as long as it does not conflict with a warranty claim or a legal obligation.

06 Children

This store is not intended for children. If you are not old enough to hold a game account where you live, do not place an order.
